Rules & Regulations

• (It is mandatory for all students and parents to know and understand these rules.)

• All the students must come to school in time and attend the assembly and classes regularly. The school gate will be locked after arrival time to departure time in general. Late comers are not allowed to school.

• Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence, habitual late coming, disobedience, or objectionable behaviour of any kind may result in the removal of the student from school.

• The school is not responsible for the students after the school hour is over.

• No student should leave the school premises before final bell without a gate pass. Any default will be seriously viewed and disciplinary action will be taken.

• Students must not scratch, spoil the desk or write with chalk, pencil or pen on the wall or any other way damage school property. Any damage done will be made penalised who does it.

• Parents are requested to note the visiting hours for meeting of the principal on every working day between 9.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M. Parents who seek information and wish to make some complaints / suggestions should do so to the principal and not to the teacher and can speak to the teachers during the school hours, if it is urgent and only it is by the prior permission of the Principal.

• Complaints will not be entertained over phone. For any information, please contact in the school office only.

• The school reserves the right to rusticate students found unruly and whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory and where conduct is harmful to other students, teachers and school.

• The school uniform should be immaculate, clean and well ironed and nails should be trimmed regularly and application of nail polish, mehendi, ornaments, wrist watch and use of cell phone are not allowed.

• Use of unfair means (UFM) will result in the annulment of child’s entire term results.

• The possession of large amount of money (in excess of Rs. 50/- per day), mobile, camera, I-pads, Mp3 player, Head phones, watch, CDS, Pen Drive, Tablets or other electronic devices are strictly forbidden. In case these things are found in their possession, they will be confiscated.

• The students are expected to keep their hair tidy, neat and well-combed. Girls should plait their hair with white ribbon. They must not wear fancy hair clips, fancy ribbon and earrings. The boys must have their hair cut in regular interval gently.

• No students shall be exempted from physical exercises and games without a Doctor’s certificate and prior approval of the school authorities. Short leave will not be allowed to the students except sickness.

• School fees should be paid in time, failing which the names of the defaulters shall be struck off the rolls.

• Only English should be spoken in the school premises to acquire greater fluency in the language.

• It is obligatorily on the part of the student to bring the diary everyday and note down the home assignment regularly. As the medium of instruction is English, the student should converse in English in the school premises to improve speaking ability.

• The books and note books should be covered only with brown sheets. Books, copies, diary, belt, tie will be supplied in the early weeks of March.

• Every student should develop good habits like silence, discipline, care and share with others and learn social and amiable manners to be a good human being in the nation.

• “Love All, Serve All”, “Help ever and Hurt Never” should be the motto of every student’s life.

• No special Test or examination will be held for the absentees under any circumstances.

• Promotion will be decided by the school authorities and hence the results are final and can’t be reconsidered under any circumstances.
